Best in Dayton

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to a beautiful and modern hotel in downtown Dayton. There is garage parking with a skywalk to the hotel - nice to avoid traffic and weather. This hotel looks great, lots of smiles from the staff, and the views from the restaurant make it all worth it. I actually look forward to my next meetings in Dayton so I can stay here again.   ~ Ryan McCarbery

The valet was very nice and helpful with parking my car and giving local directions. The room was very clean and I think was recently updated. I had dinner in the restaurant and everything was great! I would definitely visit this hotel if i was in the area again!   ~ Andrea Harris

I would like to take the opportunity to compliment one of your staff who showed both excellent responsiveness and professionalism. Lucia, your Executive Housekeeper dropped what she was doing to help locate an apple phone charger I had left in the room. I was a bit anxious since it is new and the cost of a replacement is pricey. She was calming and sounded reassuring that if it was left she would find it. She immediately went to the room, located it and told me she would ship it to me. I have stayed several times over the years at the Dayton Crown Plaza and plan to continue to whenever business brings me to your city. All other staff I interacted with during my stay on February 3-4 were also very welcoming and professional. That is greatly appreciated!   ~ Pat Billett

I frequently stay here for my work. My recent stay I had a corner room at the very end of the hall which was located by the stairwell. This always scares me because I am a female and have heard many stories of people lurking in the stairwells at hotels. My key didn't work so I went back to the front desk where Mario changed it for me when i told him my fear of stairwells. He also insisted that I call him once I was in the room so he would know everything was fine which I thought was such a nice gesture.   ~ Kelley Kinsey
