Travel Arranger allows Priority Club® Reward members to book travel for coworkers, family, friends or authorize other Priority Club Reward members to book travel for you.

You no longer have to use your own account to book reservations for others or make note of each of the other travelers’ booking preferences and personal information. The Travel Arranger feature eases the process so that the planner booking the trip can, with the traveler’s permission, book reservations within the Priority Club account of the individual who is actually taking the trip, without having to secure a password. The traveler’s information and preferences are available to Travel Arranger so they can book what the traveler wants. The traveler still maintains control over their Priority Club account and can access their reservation itineraries to make changes at anytime.

To Set Up A Travel Arranger Relationship

Step 1. Login to Priority Club

Step 2. Click on Travel Arranger in your Priority Club Account View

Step 3. On the Travel Arranger page, click on the Add New Travel Arranger to request another Priority Club member to be your Travel Arranger. Step by step instructions to set up the relationship will appear for you to follow.
